2) Filing a Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notice, email dmca@mailopened.com with:

1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The URL or precise location of the infringing material on our Service.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

3) Counter-Notice

If your content was removed or disabled due to a notice and you believe it was a mistake or fair use, send a counter-notice with:

1. Your contact information and the material’s location before removal.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your consent to jurisdiction of competent courts where we are located, and acceptance of service from the original complainant.
4. Your physical or electronic signature.

4) Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
